on-line are done so over a secure transmission. We offer FREE shipping
on all orders of $60.00 or more within the contiguous United States,
Hawaii and Alaska (excludes gift baskets).
Overnight, 2nd
day and International shipping is available for an additional fee.

We offer free
gift wrapping on all orders. Simply request which gift wrap, if
any, you would prefer when checking out your shopping cart. Please
note gift wrapping requests during the holiday season MAY slightly
delay your order by 1 day. If ordering via phone or fax, please
advise us that you need your order gift wrapped. The choices of
gift wrap may be viewed and selected during the checkout process.
Most orders
are shipped via FedEx Ground and USPS, Insured, Priority Mail.
Most orders
(excluding pre-orders) are shipped from our store within 48 hours
24 - 72 hours after receipt of your request (Please note this
time may be slightly extended during busy holiday seasons). Overnight
and 2nd day shipping is available for an additional fee.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover.
Return Information
If you buy on-line and wish to return or exchange the item, you
may do so by either contacting us or simply bringing the item
into our store. We want your experience with us to be memorable,
enjoyable, and satisfying.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED:
Please note all returns, regardless of reason, must first be approved
by us before we we will accept them. All returns must be issued
a "Return Authorization Number" which MUST be placed on the shipping
label below the return address. Any return which lacks a "Return
Authorization Number" on the shipping label will be refused and
returned to sender at sender's expense. Please note returns must
be shipped back in the same condition and must contain the same
manufaturer packaging as when received. Failure to send returns
back in this manner may result in a refusal of the return.
DAMAGES:
- Products sold on-line are returnable for full credit if an
item is received damaged. The item may be replaced or refunded.
PLEASE MAINTAIN ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS WHEN FILING A CLAIM FOR
A DAMAGED ITEM.
- All claims for a damage refund must be done within 5 days
of receipt of your shipment. This policy is waived, however,
if your purchase was for a specific holiday. In that case your
purchase may be returned or credited due to damage within 5
days after the holiday date.
